(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 132.01 to 132.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 132.01 to 132.03 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 132.15 to 132.21 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 132.15 to 132.21 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(3) Any person who shall fail to immediately cease any conduct declared unlawful by §§ 132.35 to 132.38 after verbal or written warning from any police officer, member of Borough Council, representative of the festival sponsor, or private security officer shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.

(D) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of § 132.50 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
