§ 132.38 EXCEPTIONS.

The activities described in § 132.37 shall not be deemed to be unlawful if done by a person having specific authorization from the Borough Council or the approved sponsor of the festival. Any person claiming such an exception shall have the burden of proving such specific authorization.
