§ 95.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 95.001 to 95.009 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 95.001 to 95.009 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 95.020 and 95.021 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 95.020 and 95.021 shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 95.035 and 95.036 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Such fine and costs of prosecution may be in addition to any expenses and additional amounts imposed or provided in § 95.036.

   (E)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 95.050 and 95.051 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days; provided, that a violator has been penalized, after hearing, as herein provided, shall not preclude the borough or other injured party from taking proper legal action to recover damages resulting from such violation.

   (F)   Any person, firm, corporation, institution, or partnership who shall violate any provision of §§ 95.065 and 95.066 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 95.065 and 95.066 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (G)   Any person, firm, corporation, institution, or partnership who shall violate any provision of §§ 95.080 and 95.081 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 95.080 and 95.081 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
