§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.01 to 91.04 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.18 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and, in default of payment of said fine, to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days. Every day that a violation of §§ 91.15 to 91.18 continues shall constitute a separate offense.
