For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FURNACE. An enclosed device specifically designed for burning any material for the production of heat.
OPEN FIRE. A fire in which any material is burned in the out-of-doors in the open or in a receptacle other than a furnace.
PERSONS. Any person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation.
