8-117: OBSTRUCTING HEALTH OR ENFORCEMENT OFFICER:

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully obstruct or interfere with any health officer or other code enforcement officer charged with the enforcement of the health or nuisance laws of this town. (1998 Code)
