8-115: PROCEDURES CUMULATIVE:

The procedures for abating nuisances prescribed by this chapter and by other provisions of law and ordinance shall be cumulative one to the other. The town may elect to follow any such procedure which is applicable in abating any particular nuisance. (1998 Code)
