5.02.060: CERTIFICATE EXEMPTIONS:
All businesses, as defined in Section 5.02.010, are required to register with the Village in order to confirm compliance with applicable zoning regulations and schedule an annual inspection as described in Section 5.02.090. Exemptions from the registration requirements as described in this chapter may only be granted by action of the Village Board. (Ord. 2022-O-7 § 2: Ord. 2007-O-34 § 2)
