§ 30.01 PLAN OF GOVERNMENT.
   In accordance with M.S. Chapter 412, as it may be amended from time to time, the city shall be governed under the plan of government known as Optional Plan A. As provided by statute, the city shall be governed by a City Council composed of a Mayor and four City Council members.
