§ 30.05 BONDS.
   (A)   The City Council may require that any officer or employee be bonded. Unless fixed by law, the bond shall be in such form and amount as the City Council determines. All bonds shall be approved by the City Council and filed with the Clerk/Treasurer.
   (B)   The premium on the bond of any officer or employee shall be paid by the city, unless the City Council requires that it be paid by the officer or employee.
