(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SNOW REMOVAL PERIOD. The time from November 1 to March 31 of next year following.
STREETS WITH A CURB. Include the area from curb to curb.
STREETS WITHOUT A CURB. Shall be stopped or parked parallel and (a minimum of three feet) to the right of the paving, improved, or main traveled part of the street; and it is unlawful to park in violation of this definition.
(B) Parking prohibitions. It is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing a vehicle during the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on all streets and avenues within the area identified as the city limits each year from November 1 to March 31 of the next year following.
