(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 71.01(C) through (E) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding that prescribed by the County Court or be imprisoned not more days than as prescribed by the County Court, or be subject to fine and imprisonment.
(C) Any officer, agent, or employee of a railroad company violating the provisions of § 71.06 shall, upon conviction, be fined in the sum of $500, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time. No less than nor more than $500, or another amount as set by the Town Council from time to time, for any one offense.
