1049.13 METRO AUTHORITY FUNDS; ANNUAL REPORT.

(a) All monies received by the City from the Metro Authority shall be used by the City solely for rights-of-way related purposes.

(b) The City Manager shall cause to be filed with the Metro Authority an annual report on the use and disposition of funds annually distributed by the Metro Authority to the City.
