1049.11 FEES.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in the Metro Act, a provider shall pay to the Metro Authority an annual maintenance fee as required by the Act.

(b) Consistent with the Metro Act, obtaining a permit under this chapter and paying the required fees under the Metro Act and this chapter shall not operate to waive any requirement to obtain City consent and pay a fee for the use of City-owned conduit or utility poles.
