1040.82 INTENTIONAL DAMAGE OF SEWERAGE SYSTEM.

(a) No person shall willfully or carelessly break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any sewer or any part of the sewerage system or the treatment plant.

(b) A person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1040.99.
