410.02 NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED.

The City Clerk shall publish this chapter in the manner required by law and shall at the same time publish a supplementary notice, pursuant to M.C.L.A. 257.952, setting forth the purpose of the Uniform Traffic Code and the fact that complete copies of the Motor Vehicle Code, Motor Carrier Safety Act and the Uniform Traffic Code are available at the office of the Clerk for inspection by the public at all times.
