EDITOR'S NOTE: The Battle Creek Municipal Court was abolished by the State legislature in 1968. Violations of Municipal law are prosecuted in the Tenth District Court of the State. Equitable remedies are pursued in the Thirty-Seventh Judicial Circuit Court of the State.
There are no sections in Chapter 298. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
