Section 6.11. Bonds.
The Municipal Judge and each Associate Municipal Judge, in addition to any security required by law to be given for the performance of their official duties, shall, before entering upon the duties of their office, give a bond to the City in a penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000) in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 12.12 hereof, conditioned for the faithful performance of their duties and for payment to the City of Battle Creek of all moneys collected or received by such Judge which by the provisions of the general laws of the State or of this Charter they shall be required to pay into the Treasury of the City.
