(A) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 52.01 through 52.06 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed each period of 24 hours.
(B) Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 52.20 through 52.23 shall be fined not more than $50 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed each 24 hours such violation continues after a period of 30 days following the original conviction.
