(A) Water and sewer line construction is the responsibility of the Village Administrator. All such construction, whether it be a part of a subdivision development, an improvement or an extension shall meet the requirements of the latest approved and adopted regulations of the Village Administrator pertaining thereto and the Standard Details referenced in § 152.125.
(B) The regulation and Standard Details adopted by the Village Administrator shall include:
(1) Review process;
(2) Board authority;
(3) Village Engineer’s authority;
(4) Condition of approval;
(5) Construction materials and methods;
(6) Inspection; and
(7) Fees.
