All improvements to streets, drainage and utilities within the corporate limits of the village shall conform to the design and construction criteria set forth in the latest approved and adopted plans entitled, Standard Details for Design and Construction of Subdivision Facilities, Street and Utility Improvements or Extensions, Village of Batavia, Ohio.
