§ 152.068  IMPROVEMENT DRAWINGS REQUIRED; INFORMATION TO BE CONTAINED THEREON.
   (A)   The subdivider shall submit five copies of improvement drawings and specifications for all contemplated and required improvements to be constructed in that portion of a proposed subdivision for which final plans have been submitted. These drawings shall accompany the final plan when the final plan is submitted for approval.
   (B)   The drawings and specifications of improvements shall be a set of construction and utility plans prepared by a registered professional engineer. The plans shall include typical sections, plans and profile views, construction details, estimates of quantities, estimates of costs and final surface drainage details and calculations. All typical sections and major engineering details to be used for any street shall be approved in advance by the Village Engineer before completion of plans. (See §§ 152.125 through 152.127.)
