The following information shall be supplied in addition to the requirements set forth in § 152.066:
(A) One fully completed copy of the Planning Commission final plan application form;
(B) Five copies of a final grading and drainage plan;
(C) Should the final plan involve a portion of a planned unit development or a special development, those items which are required for review by the appropriate zoning or platting authority shall be required to be submitted to the Planning Commission; and
(D) Any additional information that may be deemed necessary for the Planning Commission to make a reasonable decision when a proposed development presents difficult or unusual problems.
