§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   The failure of any property owner to place an assigned number on a designated residence or business building within 30 days after notice to do so is a minor misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 130.99 of the General Offenses Code.
   (C)   Any owner or occupant of any dwelling or other structure within the village who refuses the Building Inspector access to any premises for the purpose of conducting the inspection specified in § 150.50 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 130.99 of the General Offenses Code.

   (D)   Immediately upon the Planning Commission’s declaration that a property is vacant or abandoned in violation of § 150.52, the village will assess a charge of $50 per day for the first 30 days and $100 per day for every day beyond 30 days that the property remains vacant or abandoned.
   (E)   Any person who knowingly and willfully violates or assists in the violation of §§ 150.65 through 150.72 will, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $100 for each offense. Each day that such violation continues will constitute a separate offense.
