§ 150.50  INSPECTIONS AUTHORIZED.
   The Building Inspector of the village is hereby authorized to make inspections for the purpose of determining the condition of dwellings, buildings or other structures located within the village, in the course of his or her duties to safeguard the health and safety of the occupants of such structures and the general public. For the purpose of making such inspections, the Building Inspector is authorized to enter, examine and survey at any reasonable hour, and upon showing proper identification, all dwellings and other buildings within the village.
