§ 150.65  SHORT TITLE, PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
   (A)   Short title. This subchapter shall be known as the Minimum Property and Maintenance Standards Code.
   (B)   Purpose. The purpose of the subchapter is to protect health, safety and welfare in the village, by establishing property maintenance and construction standards that apply to all real property in the village, including all structures and land.
   (C)   Scope.  This subchapter shall apply to all real property within the village, including all structures and land.
