(A) All work and repair described in § 151.039 above shall be done in accordance with standards and specifications prescribed by the County Highway Engineer. Before the pavement is replaced the permittee shall call upon the County Highway Engineer or the Engineer’s assistant to inspect the work already done before proceeding further.
(B) After inspection has been made, the permittee shall complete the work so that the place where excavated will conform to the road, street, sidewalk or alley where such excavation was made as originally improved. All said work shall be done to the acceptance and satisfaction of the County Highway Engineer or the Engineer’s assistant.
(C) In cases where a tile drain is cut, crushed or in any other way disturbed so as to render the same in unsatisfactory working order, the permittee shall cause such drain to be repaired or rerouted according to the standards and specifications of the County Highway Engineer. Permittee shall immediately notify the inspector or in his or her absence, the County Highway Engineer or the Engineer’s assistant of any tile drains or structures struck during the work.
