§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation owning or occupying a building who shall fail to number the building or who shall fail to maintain the number of the building, as provided in §§ 151.015 through 151.024, shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of §§ 151.015 through 151.024 and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined a sum of not less than $25, nor more than $100, for each day’s violation.

   (C)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation which violates any provision of §§ 151.035 through 151.042 or any rule or regulation pursuant thereto shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Action pursuant to division (C)(1) above shall not be a bar to enforcement of §§ 151.035 through 151.042 or any rules and regulations in force pursuant thereto, and orders made pursuant to §§ 151.035 through 151.042, by injunction or other appropriate remedy, and the Board of Commissioners of the county shall have the power to institute and maintain the same in the name of the county any and all enforcement proceedings.
      (3)   Nothing in §§ 151.035 through 151.042 shall be construed to abridge, limit or otherwise impair the right of any person or property or to maintain any action or other appropriate proceedings therefor.
