§ 151.024 CHANGE OF STREET NAMES.
   (A)   The Plan Commission shall advertise and hold public hearing on all proposed name changes of county roads and make its recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners.
   (B)   The County Highway Superintendent shall maintain, in his or her office, a list of all name changes of county roads approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
   (C)   The list shall be available to the public for inspection during regular business hours.
