8-2-27: DISTURBANCE OF MEETINGS AND ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS:
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb, disrupt, obstruct, interrupt or interfere with any meeting of the Board of Trustees or any and all Committees, Commissions, Boards, subsidiary bodies of the village, or administrative hearings including, but not limited to, any disruptive conduct that offends established rules of procedure and decorum of such meetings or reasonable rules as to public comment or orders and directives of the hearing officer in administrative hearings.
   (B)   Any person, who unlawfully disturbs, disrupts, obstructs, interrupts or interferes with any meeting of the Board of Trustees or any and all Committees, Commissions, Boards, subsidiary bodies of the village, or administrative hearings is subject to immediate removal by order of the chairperson or hearing officer and is subject to the general penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of the village code.
