2-1-10: LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION:
   A.   General Provisions: The governing body may suspend or revoke any business or occupational license if the licensee fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this Chapter or other ordinances of the Town under which such license is issued; provided, that such suspension or revocation shall not bar the imposition of the penalties provided for a violation of this Chapter or other ordinances of the Town by Section 2-1-12 of this Chapter.
   B.   Violation Prima Facie Cause For Revocation: The violation by any person licensed under this Chapter or other ordinance of the Town of any provision applicable to the business which he is licensed to conduct shall be prima facie cause for revocation, without refund of any portion of the license fee, of the license under which such business is conducted; provided, that such revocation shall not bar the imposition of the penalties provided for a violation of this Chapter or other ordinances of the Town by Section 2-1-12 of this Chapter.    C.   Hearing Procedures: The procedures set out in Section 3-2-4 of this Code shall be applicable to the revocation proceedings for business licenses. (1999 Code)
