2-1-12: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day during which a violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 82-13, 10-19-1982; amd. Ord. 83-10, 2-7-1984; 1999 Code)
