§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 111.03 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense or incarcerated up to 90 days in jail or both. Each day such person, firm or corporation shall neglect or refuse to comply with or violate any of the provisions of that section shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person convicted of a second or subsequent offense under § 111.03 shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or incarcerated up to 180 days in jail or both.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 111.04 shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100), or incarcerated up to 50 days in jail or both. For a second or subsequent offense any person shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or incarcerated up to 180 days in jail or both.
   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 111.05 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
   (D)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 111.06 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
   (E)   Any person convicted of any of the above offenses shall be subject to other administrative penalties, including and not limited to revocation of the business license.
