(A) E-l residential customers. That there be and is hereby established and fixed a schedule of rates which the City of Bardstown will charge for the sale by it of electrical current at retail to its customers both within and without the corporate limits of the City of Bardstown, measured through a single meter, and said rate is as follows:
Customer Charge $10.00
All kWh $0.0795 per kWh
(B) E-6 residential customers with net billing generation. That there be and is hereby established and fixed a schedule of rates which the City of Bardstown will charge for the sale by it of electrical current at retail to its customers, and credit customers for any excess energy generated by customers per § 50.11, both within and without the corporate limits of the City of Bardstown, measured through a single meter, and said rate is as follows:
Customer Charge $11.00
All kWh delivered $0.07950 per kWh
All kWh received $0.06371 per kWh*
* - For customers with a net billing generation system installed prior to the effective date of this ordinance, the rate for kWh received shall be the same as for kWh delivered (this being the retail rate for electric energy, as may be modified from time to time by the Bardstown City Council). This exception expires 25 years after the effective date of this chapter.
