SECTION 15.12 AUTHORITY TO CONVEY.

Except as otherwise provided by general law, Council may authorize the Mayor or other officer of the Village to execute all deeds, conveyances and other instruments on behalf of the Village of Barboursville and such officer shall have authority to execute such instruments in the name of the Village of Barboursville.
