SECTION 15.7 SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND LEGAL HOLIDAYS.
   Whenever the provisions of this Charter or any ordinance, rule, administrative regulation or order pursuant thereto, require that a meeting be held or that an act be done on any particular day of the month or within any period of time prescribed or allowed, if that day or the last day occurs on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the following day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday shall be deemd to be the one intended.
