SECTION 15.5 SEPARABILITY CLAUSE.

If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or word of this Charter is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity, constitutionality or application of any other portion of this Charter.
