(a) The Bureau may contract with other public or private organizations to advance and promote the purposes set forth in this article, and may further enter into agreements among and between various taxing authorities as provided by Chapter 8, Article 23, section 1, et seq., of the West Virginia Code, as amended, for such purposes.
(b) The Bureau may enter into an agreement with the West Virginia Tax Commissioner, for auditing services as provided in Chapter 8, Article 23, section 1 et seq., of the West Virginia Code, as amended, for auditing services to be performed by the Tax Commissioner; provided, that the Bureau shall pay to the Tax Commissioner the reasonable cost of such audits.
