149.03 GOVERNMENT OF BUREAU.

The Village of Barboursville Convention and Visitor’s Bureau shall be governed by its Articles of Incorporation, Amended Articles of Incorporation, and by-laws approved by the Town Council and shall conduct and operate its business on a day-to-day basis through the direction of its Board of Directors. (Ord. 2014-04. Passed 5-20-14.)
