Any person who is aggrieved by any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Planning Officer may appeal the decision to the Planning Commission. The appeal shall be filed on forms prescribed by the Planning Commission. The appeal shall specify the reasons for the appeal and shall be filed within thirty (30) calendar days of the original action in question. The appeal form shall also include the names and addresses of all recorded landowners of real property located within two hundred fifty (250) feet of any part of the Premises. If said real property includes a lot within a subdivision, the name and address of the president of that subdivision's homeowners association shall also be included.
