1923.05 FINES.

The Planning Officer may impose a monetary fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) against any person or persons who violate the Ordinance or any order or notice issued thereunder. Each day during which any violation of the Ordinance continues constitutes a separate offense.
