1923.01 INSPECTIONS.

The regulated aspects of an Adults Only Establishment subject to the Ordinance shall be subject to periodic inspections by the Planning Officer or Planning Commission or designated agent for the purpose of verifying compliance with the terms and conditions of the Ordinance.
