After a sign is constructed or installed based on the Application, the Applicant shall provide a letter to the Planning Officer certifying that the sign was designed (including content), fabricated, sized, constructed and installed according to the Application as approved. The letter of certification shall be submitted to the Planning Officer prior to the Applicant receiving a Certificate of Compliance to operate the business.
