The application for the approval of a sign shall be made upon forms that the Planning Officer shall prepare and provide and shall include, without limitation, an accurate scaled sketch or drawing of the proposed sign; its proposed location and the content of the proposed sign. The Planning Officer may require that the location of a proposed sign be based on a survey by a registered land surveyor or engineer, at the expense of the Applicant.
