1913.04 TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY.
   To protect the health, safety and welfare of the public, the Planning Commission or Planning Officer may require that a traffic impact study be prepared by a licensed traffic engineer where the premises gains access onto roads that have a high volume capacity, have a high accident rate or have been identified by the Planning Commission or Planning Officer as needing off-site improvements including, but not limited to, a turn lane, warning lights or interchange lights.
