1903.20 "PLANNING OFFICER".

Shall mean the individual whom the Village of Barboursville, City Council, or Planning Commission has designated to be responsible for the administration of the terms of the Ordinance enacted pursuant to chapter eight, article twenty-four of the Code of West Virginia.
