1903.09 "CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE".

Shall mean a written document and renewals or amendments thereto, issued by the Planning Commission or Planning Officer based upon the implementation of the Permit in compliance with the provisions of the Ordinance wherein the issuer certifies that the Adults Only Establishment is in compliance with the Ordinance.
