1713.02 HOUSING ENFORCEMENT AGENCY CREATED; MEMBERS.

There is hereby created the Municipal Housing Enforcement Agency, hereinafter referred to as the "Agency", which shall consist of the Mayor, the Village Engineer and one member at large to be selected by and to serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor. The Health Officer and the Chief of the Fire Department shall serve as ex-officio members of the Agency.
