In reviewing the site plan, the Planning Commission shall consider its conformity to the Comprehensive Plan and the other codes and ordinances applicable to it. Traffic flow, circulation and parking shall be reviewed to insure the safety of the public and of the users of the facility and to insure that there is no unreasonable interference with traffic on surrounding streets. The impact on drainage shall be considered to insure against flooding. Conservation features, aesthetics, landscaping and impact on surrounding development as well as on the entire Municipality shall be part of the Planning Commission review.
