1309.03 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION; FILING.
   No person, firm or corporation shall establish, maintain, operate or conduct, within the Municipality, any mobile home unless such person, firm or corporation shall first obtain a permit therefor, as provided herein.
   Any person, firm or corporation desiring to obtain a permit for the location of a mobile home shall make written application therefor on forms provided by the Municipality. Such application shall be filed with the Village Recorder at the Village Hall and shall contain the following information:
   (a)   The name and address of the applicant.
   (b)   The type of permit for which application is being made by the applicant.
   (c)   The correct location and legal description of the land on which the mobile home shall be located.
   (d)   The name of the owner or owners of the land to be included.
   (e)   Such further and additional information as may be required by the Village Recorder to determine whether the proposed mobile home will comply with the requirements of this article.
